My name is Imani Wilkins, also known as Imani the Solutionist. I am a passionate Marketing, Brand & Culture Strategist who values the organizational longevity of entities, large and small. I started my career in the Nonprofit sector, specifically Youth Development because serving others is a part of my personal ethos. That ​​core value has given me a career history that spans sectors such as Nonprofit, Community Engagement, Real Estate Development, Business Development, and more.

My diverse career and academic background in learning social impact theories, communications for social change, and community development contribute to my drive to provide solutions that contribute to operational success. I also value creativity and innovation, which fuels my passion for creating environments and experiences that are healthy, evolving, and thriving. My desire for positive community impact provides a unique perspective and approach to my servant leadership style. ​​​I use over 10 years of marketing, branding, and organizational development expertise to support nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and companies as they grow and aim to create a positive social impact through projects and programming.
